Shipping Policies
LOCATION - We are located in San Francisco, CA.
PROCESSING TIME - Processing time is 3-5 days for Ready 2 Ship sets. This does not include shipping.
SHIPPING TIME - We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping usually takes 1-7 business days. Shipping time depends on the option selected at check out. We no longer have control over a package once it has been shipped thus cannot be held liable for any delays or damages.
TRACKING INFORMATION - A tracking number will be provided with all purchases. Contact your local postal service if you experience shipping delays.
ADDRESS CHANGE - We cannot change an address after the order has been placed. We can refund as an option if you reach out within the first 24 hours and then you may reorder with the correct address.
RETURNED PACKAGE - If a package is returned to the sender (due to improper address entry, changed address, etc.) we will reach out via email to get in touch about the package. In order for Artistic AC to send the package again, we will make a link on the website for purchase in the shipping amount. This link will be emailed. Once purchased, new tracking will be sent.
Return Policies
Do you accept cancellations, returns or exchanges?
We accept cancellations within the first 24 hours unless it has already shipped. If notified before the first 24 hours, you’ll be refunded within 1-2 business days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and refunds are not accepted.
